Micro RPP plastic magnetic pump
MP series micro magnetic RPP plastic pump is operated with magnetic materials on the coupling shaft and impeller respectively which attract each other. It is completely sealed without the traditional mechanical shaft seal. The rotational torque of the motor is driven by the active magnetism and the gravity of the driven magnetism to drive the blades to work .It has selected a special ceramic bearing, with strong wear resistance and corrosion resistance, MP micro magnetic pump adopts the design without shaft seal, avoiding the defect of liquid leakage caused by corrosion after pollution in traditional mechanical shaft seal pump. It is the ideal liquid conveying pump in industrial equipment.
Main parts and material
Pump case, impeller, isolating sleeve are made of RPP plastic. Pump shaft:
aluminum oxide ceramics. Active magnet and driven magnet: strontium ferrite. Seal ring: Viton rubber. |
