Principal feature
This machine is mainly used in the beer or carbonated beverage filling operation. The function of bottle rinsing, filling and capping are composed in one machine, which largely reduce the floor space and the touching time of beer and air so that beer quality is largely improved. The whole working process is automatic. The filling process is cleaner and pure due to its twice vacuumization of bottles, and more stable because of isobaric filling operation. Before beer filled, bottles will also pressurized with CO2 gas. The advanced OMRON PLC is adopted to control the whole work automatically. Belt conveyor system is adopted in bottle exit section, which can adjust speeds and coordinated with transducer of the main machine.
