LY-WS-8 Special desulfurization additives of high sulfur coa  2023/12/22 20:51:00
A power plant coal-fired unit, desulphurization system designs 2.9% sulfur. Due to that coals around the power plant and the surrounding areas are almost all high-sulfur coal, and sulfur is much higher than 3.0%. The original designed desulfurization equipment can not reach the designed requirements and meet the national SO2 emissions standards in the actual operation. Through local technical innovation and governance of desulfurization system, only in the condition of burning low-sulfur coal or blending with low sulfur coal with the unit operated in down-load force, can it reach the emission standard. Due to the long burning of sulfur coal which is beyond the design, the desulfurization system can not function properly. With more and more stringent implementation of environmental standards, the desulfurization equipment is forced to be uprated and reformed. Uprating and reforming work of desulfurization equipment easily costs tens of millions with the construction period of 6-8 months, which brings unprecedented economic and environmental pressures to the power plant. At present, the energy conservation situation is grim. With a deadline for correction of environmental protection requirements, the test use of LY-WS-8 Special desulfurization additives of high sulfur coal is carried out, in order to improve the efficiency of desulfurization and achieve the purpose of SO2 emission standards. Proved by experiment, thermal power plants burning (sulfur content of 3% -5%) of high-sulfur coal, adopts LY-WS-8Special desulfurization additives of high sulfur coal. All coal-fired boilers in power plants burn (the amount of sulfur 3% -5%) high-sulfur coal instead of low sulfur coal. Under the condition of full load, high load, overload of power generation capacity, no expansion, no transformation, no investment, no blended burning of coal, the outlet concentration of desulfurization tower SO2 can be reduced to less than 200mg/Nm3 and the desulfurization efficiency can be increased to about 98%. Burning (sulfur content of 3% -5%) of high-sulfur coal with the implementation of SO2 emissions standards, each unit will save tens of millions per year for the plant. This is the pioneer in China, which not only finds a fundamental way out for the burning of high-sulfur coal, but also broadens the channels for high sulfur coal-fired.
